STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click on "Not Registered Yet? Create your login now!"

2. Type in the OLD (shared) logon credentials to gain temporary access to the registration site. If you don't know or don't have the shared credentials, please call 800-225-5459 and press option #3 to obtain them. After logging in, you will be taken to a registration page that will allow you to create your own private username and password. We will require a valid email address and contact number in order to allow you to register. Once you complete your registration, your new username (your email address) and password will be send to your email account. Follow the link in the message and it will take you to the new site.

3.  This is the new logon site, please enter your NEW credentials here to be given immediate access at the same level you had previously. Thank you for registering with us.
